Bedrooms
The master suite is well appointed with upscale furnishings . Even with the queen bed it is large enough to include a “chair and a half” for easy dressing or watching the TV and DVD . A great view awaits you from the large window with custom drapes. The master includes two closets ,one walk-in, and tropical design ceiling fan. The second bedroom reflects a fun décor for kids but also accommodates adults comfortably. Ceiling fan, plantation blinds, and TV/VCR combo highlight the room.

Bathrooms
Master bath is directly off the bedroom –ample mirrors, sink space with a tropical “Tommy Bahama” theme. A second bathroom adjoins the other bedroom.

Living/Kitchen
This unit has great flow and ample square footage that allows more room for relaxing than most beach condos. The kitchen appliances are new and the kitchen well equipped (even the George Foreman grill!). Dining area includes a large dining room table seating six-eight easily, a server, and a bar pass-through. The living area has not only a queen sleeper but a second full size chenille sofa and a side chair. The area looks out to a screened porch/balcony! The 27" TV, DVD and VCR players are enclosed in an Armoire, and a ceiling fan, plus plantation shutters complete the vacation effect one desires.

Welcome to a world of amenities just outside your door! Located in exclusive Barefoot Resort, we offer this new, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium nestled on the fourth fairway of the Greg Norman golf course. Resort entrance is just 1/2 mile from ocean.

The best of both worlds... once you cross the scenic bridge with gated entrance, privacy is paramount. The serenity is enhanced because this is a third-floor, end unit with bright sunlit rooms, cathedral ceilings, and screened balcony/porch.

Whether you enjoy the short walk to the neighborhood pool, the main resort pool with zero-entry and swim-up bar, or go to the ocean (one-half mile from entrance by complimentary shuttle or private parking) you and your family will have a great time. Of course, the condo area offers beautifully landscaped grounds criss-crossed with walking and biking trails.

Ideal location with Barefoot Landing, Alabama Theatre, House of Blues, and new shopping outlets moments away! Broadway at the Beach is less than ten miles south and Little River/Calabash are about ten miles north.
